Terrible Stay

Worst experience i had ever.we have booked a standard room with AC AND TV for 4 days . Ac is not worked and room also not cleaned there is cockroaches inside the wardrobe .we have complained 3 to 4 times but manager is not responded for anything . Not even 10 mins we can stay there that’s of experienced we had .we will not prefer this hotel anytime for anyone of our colleagues .

familyCouldn’t locate office of stay for enquiry. No water bottle provided during stay, no towel, cleanliness was not at issue the mark. Smells like cigartee in rooms. No glass in room. Breakfast was pathetic, no chai with breakfast

Rooms were clean and spacious but there was no regular cleaning. Food has to be arranged from outside and there is no facility for tea or coffee. The service is generally delayed. Since it is in core market area, we could easily arrange things from outside. Good for bachelors but not so good for family with small kids wifi speed was good.

room was ok.. but the washrooms are horrible there are cockroachs in the washroom... Guests privacy is not respected.. They used to knock the doors in the morning for housekeeping but when requested for housekeeping no 1 was available.... They demanded extra money saying late check-out without completing the whole stay

Showers didn't work. Roadside eateries food which tasted pathetic was packed and served in a decent plate. Room cleaning was not a daily affair & room service was arrogant. A bad experience overall.
