Not a great experience, especially the beds and washroom are not clean. The staff is not polite.

The hotel lacked hygeine. The bedsheets bath towels weren't changed during the stay of 4 days.

Extremely poor service and mis representation experienced during my stay at super town house formerly RRR inn .Non availability of restaurant facilities constitutes false representation of amenities, non functional lighting in wash rooms, poot house keeping services.complaint raised but lack of follow up on reported issues.this experience caused significant inconvenience.money spent on accommodation did not basic needs. I trusted make my trip and rooms platform I expect full refund on accommodation charges paid.
