It was a nightmare never ever book this hotel again if u want to have a good experience and don't want to spoil your trip it's a request for u to not to book this room ever

The room smelled cigarettes there were rotten walls with cigarette stains. The bedding was tooo old n not comfortable and photos do not match the room 0/10 they said free breakfasts n gave nothing.

Room was too dirty, stinky, someone spitted on the walls, oiling on the wall, bedsheets dirty, flush worked for once only, no basic toiletries even, we couldn’t stayed there for more than 2 hours in total

I will never recommend the hotel to anyone. Worst experience of my life. Rooms and washroom were very dirty and filled with cockroaches.

No water in wash room, room full of cockroachs, dirty bedsheets

Front desk was rude and we were forced to pay extra amount if we want to stay at the hotel. They were telling us to cancel the booking in the middle of the night and search for new hotel if we don't pay the extra amount (i've prepaid my full amount already at mm t app. Now when it comes to to the room the room have broken walls and the the bedsheet were not changed for long time and it was also torn, flush was not working in the toilet we told the management to fixed it or provide us new room they just said yes and never fixed. Overall worst experience. Never stay in this hotel.

Price shown is really false, after going to this place they took 1000rs extra and no invoice is also given,

They were not allowing bookings done through mm t and even guest list also it is not visible

i have came to check-in at around 8pm. but the person in reception told, there is no any bookings done with this hotel. so he offered to book another room. my cost of booking wasted.

Maintenance was the worst. They do not respond to customers problems quickly.

If you book online and you still need to pay extra money or else your hotel stay will be cancel-led by the hotel, to reach their minimum price of the hotel at 1000 or which ever they ask, they don't take with the online prices which we book for 300-500- or any price which is offered by the booking sites, they uprightly deny the stay citing n no of reasons, dont book online for these stay hotels they are least bothered for their self mistakes of not updating the price.
