dirty room no basic facilities provided by like slipper, dental kit,even mineral water was not provided by and staff taking very angry and bad sheet is very dirty it's look like used by any it's very worst experience and don't believe make my trip book this type of room

It was my worst experience to stayed this hotel not expected atleast at Shimla location. - No mineral water bottle - toilet taps not working - Hotel telephone not working - No proper lights available in Rooms - Cleaness are not up to the mark Prices for fooding charging like four Star hotel.

Faced difficulty to trace the hotel, as it is still tuning in old name. Beds were not provided as promised. Flush was not working. Staff not professional.
