It was a very bad experience, the food service of the resort was very bad, the smell of horses in the room of the resort, if you order someone from the hotel staff does not listen, I have never had such a useless experience, the resort was very expensive

It was an awesome experience. The place was quite nice and beautiful. Room decor was also appealing and comfortable. Beautiful stay in the laptop of nature.

We revisited this hotel after about thirty years. It is a wonderful property.Rooms are renovated and very comfortable. very good views from the rooms.

I'm pleased to say that my family had the best time at The Kufri Resort. I'm impressed with the services, staff, Chefs and waitresses. All the staff are so well trained and they do everything in their power to make our stay unforgettable

Property was good, ambience was very awesome.

I stayed at cottage, the room was spacious but in old style. Cottage not recommended for old people as no lift facility and you have to climb the long stairs. Otherwise it’s a good family resort. Food is quite good but expensive.

Very comfortable stay. Specially the gentleman who served us in the restaurant every morning. He must be appreciated

View from cottage was awesome. Cottage was neat and clean. Washrooms were also hygienic. Staff was cooperative too.

Beat view of the valley we get from the cottages and the staff is very helpful and polite but i recommend the renovation for the entire property as it is very old and needs to be nee t and clean

The property is under renovation. Seepage, glass, windows, broken furniture destroyed the mood. Foul smell welcomes you at the reception.

I was committed for hill view but there was a garden view from hotel, also wifi in rooms was not working tv is only show peace but ya a food is good and people is also having helping nature.

We had a pleasant stay. Hotel is still in renovation mode, as the building is quite old as was told to us by hotel staff there. Ambience is very good. The interior of hotel is quite creative. Food is good too, variety in breakfast buffet. Ample space for parking. They have a small temple of mata rani created on the gate. They have a park for outdoor activities like bonfire, swings and for walk.

It is good place to stay with a nice view. However, the night staff isn't aware of many things like wi fi password. Try clearing all the queries with the morning staff.

Kurfi holiday a resort is located nicely, exactly where the horses point is. The point from where the horses rides start to go to snow point and return to the same point after all the snow sports and activities. Other than this, the location of this hotel in the hills is such as to give you the best view from its premise. All the rooms also give you beautiful view out from the windows. Hotel does provide room heater and extra blankets if needs. Geysers are functional and efficient. I mean, unlike some other hotels, we get steam hot water in less time. Room service and housekeeping is also good. Place is kept clean. Food is tasty, staff is courteous! over-all, it's a best place to live in kurfi and compared to shimla hotels as well!
