Snow King Retreat - The Heaven

Not understanding to travelling issues, refused to cancel because we were unable to reach the location due to snow and black ice

Everything is good room service and staff was good. I recommend all families to stay these nice property.

The rooms and villas are in extremely pathetic condition , the property is very old and no renovation is done which is required. I would not like to suggest this resort to anyone unless rooms are renovated.

I loved the ambience, it gave really himachali vibes and i love love love the food. Staff was up to mark and the service provided by them was excellent.

Location of hotel is at the top of hill which give amazing environment. It give feeling of close to the nature. Service and hospitality of the staff was very good. Kids enjoyed the experience of cottage

The property was very bad and the location was also too far from road and condition of road was also very bad food was very unhygienic and unable to eat and safety standards were also very less no one was wearing a mask and no sanitizer provided by resort

I stayed for a day only. The property is pleasantly located with ambient and beautiful hill surrounding treat for eyes. With fresh apples and other fruits in the courtyard to cottage, it was nice treat for tongue too

This place is in top of kufri, amazing atmosphere, best for piece lovers and food is also good good staff and value for money

Property is good not to suggest to come at snowfall times by your own vehicle just book taxi hotelier is very familiar to their clients

Nice stay, my both son and wife has enjoyed. Hotel is having too much more area and garden. We have visited the garden along with son, they are much more happy. Food is little bit costly i think it is away from the city) but tasty. Hotel staff is too much cooperative, and finally i would like to advise those people who are like to nature must visit this hotel, in winter season i am sure it will be too much attractive.

Pathetic washrooms, smelly and dusty rooms, manager does not care about guests. Food is ok, but service is super slow

We had a very nice stay. Ambience, food and the staff all were great. Enough space for children to play.
