We had a pleasant stay at this property. The food was delicious with a good variety, catering to both adults and kids. It offered great value for money considering the quality and services provided. The hotel is very child-friendly, with play areas and a welcoming atmosphere for families. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Security was reliable with 24/7 staff presence and key card access. Overall, it’s a great place for families looking for a secure and enjoyable stay.

A truly delightful stay! The well-maintained garden and mountain view in front gave a refreshing vibe right from arrival. We were warmly welcomed with a drink and even surprised with a fruit basket in our room. The washroom was spotless with a complete set of toiletries, adding to the comfort. Meals felt homely, prepared with fresh vegetables and quality spices, and the direct interaction with the chef made it more personal. Complimentary high tea was a lovely touch, and a short morning walk before breakfast boosted our appetite. Overall, a memorable and heartwarming experience Highly recommended..

hotel is good as expected , we had a family stay for 2 night there we enjoyed our stay there food was the plus point , hotels is on great location , staff was very coperate in all manners they , I suggested to stay in this place

it was a nice experience at DLS Hillcrest. The location is good. The hospitality provided by the hotel staff was very good. I really want to Thank Mr. Mark from the reception who upgraded my room just on one request. He was polite and respectful taking care of customers needs. Al the staffs at the hotel were good. the food was also good just like home made.

Visited their in house cafe for lunch. Decided to check in at the hotel. It i wonderful to get such a hotel at this price. Good staff and all basic services available.

The hotel is very average - cleanliness very poor. I checked in with my 13 year son. as soon he reached the room and was checking the bed... it took me 4 calls at the reception and 40 mins of wait for someone tk come and change it. The person who came to change it had a very casual attitude as its a very normal thing. - my room eas Park facing. 2 nights our of the 3 we had people sitting in the park + talking loud and making a lot of noise - the floor above had kids ...lound sounds from the above floors. - room was in front on the stairs ..so very noisy

Location is approachable. Food is fine. Breakfast could have more options. Hotel provided extra bed for child. Buffet Dinner was fine.
