If you are 70 Years old then Go for it because you don't expect anything from life Disappointing Experience at Hotel Royal Jardin Whistling Pines Resort I recently stayed at Hotel and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. Room Discrepancy and Unhelpful Staff I had booked a Super Deluxe room, but upon arrival, I was informed that only 1 room is available and that had no mountain views as shown in MMT and all such rooms were occupied. The staff offered me a Deluxe room with mountain views as an alternative. However, I was charged an additional ₹3,000 for my 7-year-old child apart from total booking amount of for 2 nights including breakfast , despite MakeMyTrip listing the extra charge as ₹1,500. When I raised this issue, the hotel management was unresponsive and did not offer any compensation. Limited and Subpar Dining Options The food menu was extremely limited, and the quality was average at best. Breakfast consisted of only two options, and there were noticeable hygiene concerns in the dining area. Unresolved Complaints and Poor Customer Service I escalated my concerns to MakeMyTrip, who contacted the hotel management. Despite their intervention, the issues remained unresolved. The hotel manager even discouraged me from contacting MakeMyTrip, citing the volume of complaints they were receiving. Pressure to Leave Positive Feedback On the final day, the manager insisted that I leave a positive review. Although I complied at the time, I later updated it to reflect the true nature of my experience. Conclusion I am thoroughly disappointed with the hotel's management and staff. The lack of professionalism and customer care was evident throughout my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Room booked by make my trip was moisture added we could not move there comfortably next day they convinced us and arranged 2 rooms for next day by fresh booking but food verity and quality was not good

Dear Mam You had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 6 persons. As we have checked there is no moisture anywhere in your room. When there is 1 extra person in the room, the room space will naturally get a little reduced for each person. Next day you booked 1 super deluxe and 1 family suite which has a natural occupancy for 6 persons. If this was booked by you initiatlly then you would have been more comfortable from day 1. Regards

Well maintained property, great ambience

They stay was very comfortable, property is nicely maintained. Hospitality was top notch, with the gm himself interacting with the clients. The lawn is the main attraction, to relax and enjoy the mountain / valley views.

Hotel connectivity, ambience and staff was nice. You will feel close to nature in there hotel however you should go for premium rooms as the room provided were really cold and inside however the hotel provided us complimentary heater so nice of them

Hotel was fine, staff was also very helpful. The only thing that was not acceptable was charging of 10% service charge besides 5%gst for in room ordering which is against recent government orders. Upon raising this issue with the reception staff they said they have orders from management and can't do anything about it. Pretty sure such charges are being levied across the board and i hope mmt will look into this matter.

As regards the room service charge, sir this is not a restaurant service charge that is levied by us which has been prohibited by the government. It is the room service charge when food is served in the guest rooms as we do not maintain different menu prices for room service and in restaurant food services. No service charge in contravention to the government orders has been charged. We hope this is to your satisfaction and we sincerely do hope that you will give us a chance to host you again.
