familyThe surrounding of room are very dirty and not clean. Insects come into room and do not let you sleep. Further, the price are very high. No proper cleaning. You can't sit outside room as there is no space. Food very costly. People can have good property and cheaper opp. To this.

We booked the mud cottage and room was really nice. Vibe of the place was awesome. Really enjoyed the bonfire and downward trek to shiv temple. Staff was really nice. A little downside was the food quality and choices in the breakfast.

Not a family hotel/cottage

The worst experience with hotel and make my trip. They have mentioned number of facilities but just on paper. They don't have hot and cold water in winter season. They do not have proper facility to keep the cottages warm. Not at all recommend for family with children. I have booked for 3 days but need to vacate within a day and they have not refunded the money and alao asking for extra money to upgrade the room due to their non efficiency to give proper rooms. Totally waste of money. I have loosed 20k so pl don't choose this hotel.

familyWe stayed at this place for two nights and it was an overall wonderful experience. This place is great in respect of hospitality and food. If you are there ask for one geetaram ji, he is always ready to serve and makes up for all the things that this stay lacks. And he will do it with a warm smile on his face. Since, this place has bamboo cottages amid-st woods, you may have to be cautious with insects, on our first night we found a big spider and a centipede in our cottage, but the hotel staff promptly took action and didn't find any later. There are scopes to improve though, like the road which connects it with the main town is about 2 kms and kachcha and makes a bumpy ride. The rooms are dimly lit. And i will give 3 out of 5 for amenities. However, the view from the hotel, hospitality and food takes it to few notches above compared to others in the business. A 5/5 for that. So my average rating would be 4. 5/5 for this place.
