Sterling Kufri

Sterling Holiday Resorts, located in the tranquil surroundings of Kufri, Himachal Pradesh offers a serene ambiance and breathtaking views. While it is about 30 odd kilometres away from the main Simla Mall & Market, the location is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation and adventure sports. Our family unfortunately spent one night here, and the experience was remarkable. The standout feature of the Sterling Kufri was its exceptionally polite and friendly staff, who ensured that we felt welcomed at every turn. The room we were staying was slightly small than expected, but well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities, including heaters. The highlight, however, was the small charming balcony that provided stunning views of the surrounding valleys. The bathrooms were equally well-appointed. The front office team, stood out for their courteous and helpful nature. A special mention for Mr. Davinder Thakur who went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable and a comfortable stay there. The overall service was very good and prompt. The breakfast was quite sumptuous with decent variety. We also found the quality of food offered from the Dining room / Room Service was very good offering a wide selection to cater to all tastes. The only downside to the Sterling Kufri were a couple. There was no luggage rack provided in the room. They should have provided signages for ease of movements. However, these minor inconveniences are outweighed by the Sterling Kufri's overall quality. It has ample parking space in a designated area as well as in front of the resort which could accommodate at least 20-25 cars For us, the value of the Sterling Kufri is undeniable—its superb location, excellent amenities, and outstanding service make it well worth the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future.

Our overall experience is good. Only disappointment was room and amenities. Pros: Very courteous staff and prompt service especially restaurant staff. Food quality is good. Cons: I booked a balcony view room but images differ on the under resorts and under booking details. Also balcony are more of a standing balcony and are not private as there is no barricading between balconies of two rooms. Activities: Most of the activities are paid whether it's ps5 or snooker or swimming pool/jacuzzi.

I had a wonderful stay at Sterling Kufri. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a smooth and quick process. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The Sterling Kufri’s location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The food was also good.

Propery location is good, rooms are good with all required amenities, staff well cooperative. Breakfast is just ok with average setup. I had taken plan inclusive of one major meal (lunch/dinner) and opted for lunch. It was terrible experience, just no option with a few fixed menu items because they do no serve buffet lunch. Will suggest that no one should opt for lunch.

The Facility provided by the Sterling Kufri was good but amenities like pool should have been included in the package. The property needs to have elevator in the old building where we had been accommodated. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Overall it was a nice experience and few upgradations would make it perfect.

Although room was clean but there was a issue in bathroom . Bed room glass separating bathroom was.transparent, there was a.curtain in bathroom but then also any guest in room can see through we complained about the issue then they fix a Bed sheet on Bed side. fridge was not available due to gas leakage.
