The location of this hotel is excellent.It is right opposite the exit of tourism lift on Mall Road.The rooms are spacious.Food is very good though the menu is limited. The staff is very courteous and helpful.Caution:One should be prepared to climb atleast 50 to 60 steps to reach the reception/rooms.

As I was travelling to Shimla, so I wanted a hotel which is near there, but that was my worst decision This property is not at all clean too much stairs to reach the property and the AC was not working. The food was bad. I have no single good thing to say about this property. The bed sheet was smelling. The washroom was not good. Very small. I highly recommend to not to go to this place.

The property was nothing more than a cheap hotel. There was no cleanliness and no Internet. Even the TV was very old with no android play. Overall I will never recommend this hote for stay at this price.

It is located right in the Mall Road, but the room is little congested. Bathroom was also ok and they didn’t partitioned the wet and dry area properly dry area is completely becoming wet after the shower.

the location is really good with very good connectivity towards ridge, jakhu temple ropeway, mall road and Mall road lift. The stay was very comfortable. Special Thanks to both Sonu & Preetam. Only one suggestion is for their food which can be massively improved.

The room given was terrible and was not the one I had booked. It had broken chair, incomplete room interior and on the top at one deserted corner. The manager was so rude at the front desk who clearly mentioned "It's subject to availability" but does that mean after spending so much we will get something so terrible which is not even on the booking list?? Services are soo slow that you will sleep by the time they will come for room service. On top of that if you ask for room change their and is a direct NO. so for me NOT RECOMENDED.
