When we arrived at the hotel there was no water supply even geyser wasnt working. Basic amenities were missing and no cleanliness.

The receptionist was great and he was very friendly and helpful overall value for money and everything was perfect just a little bit sad for the room color it was not in a good condition still I am giving 5 star because of the location and for the Rabi bhai.

Hotel clean, rooms are small 100 to 120 square feet. 24 hrs warm water not available only morning 3 to 4 hrs it's very bad. You order hot drinks water in morning. Available 1 hr later. Room price high but facility considerable.

The rooms are so clumsy and dirty also. The behavior of the manager is so rude, he blamed on me that I am caring electric kettle with me just because I am not ordered anything from their restaurant.

Please avoid booking this hotel/guest house if you are traveling with family. The room condition is not good. For bachelor might be ok. The same blanket cover is being used multiple times. Poor hygiene in the room. No mobile network in the room. The staff is very cooperative. Location is a bit difficult to trace. Very compact and in the underground.
