This has been the best possible holiday that one could have imagined in India and the hospitality was to the next level. I would grade it 10 out of 10 and the staff was super friendly. The food was extraordinary and we went to celebrate my husband's birthday. They went 10 steps further to make our stay comfortable and we were given cakes almost every day, twice. Everything was super good. The staff of the hospitality and housekeeping, I mean there was nothing short that one could say was missing. Excellent! It was value for money, the washrooms were very clean, the utensils were very clean, and the cutlery and crockery were also spotless. One would have to spend years probably to find a fault and say this was missing. Nothing was missing, it was super good. I think at some stage in life they could remove the bathtubs from the bathrooms which they said they would, but otherwise nothing was lacking. The water was extremely hot while bathing. I'm super good, super super good.

The property is excellent. It's truly a five star The Oberoi Cecil on the hills. It's beautiful the rooms, the halls, the dining area. It's all woodwork everywhere looks very old world. Excellent service. The staff is just amazing and the level of service is unparalleled. The food is also just really really good and very tasty, very high-quality! Overall just an amazing experience.

We had an amazing stay at Oberoi Cecil. The staff was extremely caring and extraordinarily courteous. They also made arrangements for a lunch at Oberoi Wildflower hall where we had awesome food at the grand balcony with a beautiful view of the valley. The food at the Cecil was also great and we were very well looked after by a friendly staff. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

baby food is freeze that amazed me superbly clean and tidy. the staff are prompt to their duties. we reached early to The Oberoi Cecil still they provided welcome drinks juice, coffee etc till the time my room was getting ready. my flight from shimla to delhi was cancelled the The Oberoi Cecil staff informed me before the airlines would.
