Property images vs actual property were like expectations vs reality. Space was less, and manager was rude and even their staff told us to nit to drag the discussion further as their manager is like this only

Experience was not that good. Stay at kalka was really good. Money was not worth it. If you can pass the message to Prashant hotel.

room no 11 is very good....but ...rode se room tk 63 stairs. toiletries ke nam pr 2 small shop.....kai bar kehne pr dental kit di.

we had a vet enjoyable stay at hotel. Location is excellent, on mall road and near to Ridge. The staff is courteous, well behaved. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of lift and might be challenging for old aged guests. I would definitely love to stay here again, hopefully on a lower floor next time :).

This is going to be a short but informative review for everyone. First of all, thank you for hosting us, it was quite a pleasure to stay in a nice hotel with good hospitality. location- As promised the hotel on the Mall road, which is it's most plus point and the reason people book the place. Vehicles are not allowed in this area so the drivers will drop you off at the main road below. You can either take the stairs up Or you can via lift. It is my recommendation to go and use the lift, and once you are on the mall road you take a right and walk 150 meters, instead of taking the uphill steps shortcut we did. It is a 5-7 min walk from that way and it is quite steep so you will be out of breath. But lift and short walk is what you do! - It is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the lift/mall road area so that's great. - most of the rooms are on floors 2-5 etc. Expect to climb those steep stairs. That is all. We knew about it so it was okay! - We had super deluxe room which was modern, clean and quite nice. The room is small ish but for 1 night and for 2 people that is ample space. You can take bigger rooms with balcony if you like. Very comfortable. Washroom was also small, but clean with fresh towels provided. Hot water was available! All in all, our stay exceeded expectations and we were happy to be so close to the tourist spots, especially since after walking uphill to the mall road, ride, church etc we were exhausted and appreciated the nearby comfort. Special mention to restaurants, cafes and dhabas that are 1 min walk outside that just elevate the experience of having food in the mountains. Must stay, budget hotel! Definitely will stay again when we return to Shimla next!

We had a pleasant stay here! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved the aesthetics and lightings in the room. Kudos to the interior designer!

Hotel management is so rude and they are greedy for money only. I have arrived at 12.10 pm nd my room is not ready to check in. We re waiting around 2 hours for room nd around 2.20 pm they handover room to us.i asked manager to give room in first or second floor because my wife is pregnant but they denied nd give room in 4th floor nd room blanket is so dirty

First of all, compare price rates Big differences of rates in multiple booking agency. Property is in prime location at mall road near to lift. Must stay. Rooms are newly renovated, can enjoy LUXURIOUS feelings. Food is costly, need to reconsider rates. Amenities and services are good.

Nice and pleasant stay on the mall road and, room was so clean and good in condition but just needed heater in winter season

Hotel was ok but there is no lift only this is low point. Room is small but ok ok. If you visit there you can try this hotel

In hotel prashant, the receptionist are stubborn and unprofessional, the hotel also charged high price for booking and they usually lower the prices drastically if you go through middle man. In morning staffs are not available. Location of the hotel is great food were okay

(1)room - good. (2)service - not good. You need to call them for everything. (3)accessories - poor. Condition of bed linen is very bad. (4)location - excellent(5) building structure- not good. Too many staircases. (6) food - price is very high.

The hotel staff especially present in night is not cooperative and talk rudely

The view is amazing from the luxury room. The experience was amazing and the staff were also very helpful and generous. Loved it.

Very bad experience. not at all good. the property is very old and has no maintenance. not even giving soap. dirty towels

Below average 1. Very dirty rooms 2. The bathroom is terrible with insects. 3. The dirtiest rug on the floor i hv ever seen 4. Food was not up to the mark. 5. They dont accept up i payments at this era when its all in all. 6. They asked us for 100bucks to carry our luggage from the room to the lobby. Terrible stay. Dont book.

Property is very nice, close to tourism lift on mall road. Private balcony room is worthy with great view. They have their own kitchen.

no lift, no restaurant, no clean room, no shower, no warm water, no room service, pet dog was also at the hotel wandering unattended. Worst experience. Will never recommend to anyone
