I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The ambience of the place is quite nice—clean, well-maintained, and offering a comfortable environment. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always available to assist, which made the stay pleasant in terms of service. However, when it comes to the food, there were a few letdowns. Firstly, the prices are definitely on the higher side, which raises expectations in terms of taste and quality. Unfortunately, the food taste was rather average and didn’t quite justify the premium pricing. One particular incident that stood out was the rajma chawal we ordered through room service. It tasted quite bland and seemed undercooked. We even suspect it might have been pre-packed ITC food, as the texture and flavor were not fresh or restaurant-quality. Overall, while the ambience and staff were commendable, the food experience left a lot to be desired. For the prices charged, one would expect much better in terms of flavor and preparation. With a few improvements in the kitchen, this place has the potential to offer a much more satisfying overall experience.

The property is beautiful, nestled in a green pine forest and stunning views. Food is scrumptious. Beautiful trails, amazing landscaping.. They have golf carts to go around if need be. Otherwise, the vehicle goes straight to entrance. Heated pool and spa are excellent. Peaceful, tranquil. Words can’t describe

The views are mesmerizing and a special call-out to the staff and the service. They arranged for a cake and decoration for my anniversary, which made the day special.

It not that much great, i mean brekafast has less options. Rooms are good, but feel so isolated when we went there. Overall hospitality is good and dinner buffet is a little bit pricey

Very beautiful property , multiple areas to explore like meditation center , Pine trail , play zones for kids indoor and outdoor , Rotunda at a extreme highest point , tasty food , wonderful hospitality , spa , quite spacious rooms with large balcony , free upgradation as per availability.
