The property is beautiful, nestled in a green pine forest and stunning views. Food is scrumptious. Beautiful trails, amazing landscaping.. They have golf carts to go around if need be. Otherwise, the vehicle goes straight to entrance. Heated pool and spa are excellent. Peaceful, tranquil. Words can’t describe

It not that much great, i mean brekafast has less options. Rooms are good, but feel so isolated when we went there. Overall hospitality is good and dinner buffet is a little bit pricey

I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. The ambience of the place is quite nice—clean, well-maintained, and offering a comfortable environment. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always available to assist, which made the stay pleasant in terms of service. However, when it comes to the food, there were a few letdowns. Firstly, the prices are definitely on the higher side, which raises expectations in terms of taste and quality. Unfortunately, the food taste was rather average and didn’t quite justify the premium pricing. One particular incident that stood out was the rajma chawal we ordered through room service. It tasted quite bland and seemed undercooked. We even suspect it might have been pre-packed ITC food, as the texture and flavor were not fresh or restaurant-quality. Overall, while the ambience and staff were commendable, the food experience left a lot to be desired. For the prices charged, one would expect much better in terms of flavor and preparation. With a few improvements in the kitchen, this place has the potential to offer a much more satisfying overall experience.

The road to the property is truly spectacular but once one reaches the property, you are truly dumbfounded by the beautiful views of Chail. The team is warm & extremely helpful to your small needs. If you are travelling with infants or family they will ensure that all your needs are taken care of & will not shy or hesitate to ask regarding your comfort.

Cleanliness of the property is excellent, staff is very polite and helpful , food choice at breakfast buffet can be improved .rest the property is the best in the mountains ⛰️
