The overall stay was good. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The food was ok. The standard rooms are quite small. In the room that we occupied, there was no separate showering/ bathing area, which was a disappointment.

The overall stay was good. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The food was ok. The standard rooms are quite small. In the room that we occupied, there was no separate showering/ bathing area, which was a disappointment. We regret that the standard room and bathroom layout did not fully meet your expectations. As mentioned on all OTA platforms (and always informed to our direct guests), our standard rooms are compact in design with a combined bath space. For more spacious options with separate shower areas, we recommend our Deluxe and premium categories on your next visit. We truly value your feedback and look forward to hosting you again. Good peaceful location of hotel, staff was welcoming ….environment was good and ample parking area…morning breakfast was good and fresh, restaurant staff was good….rooms were neat and clean and I got an upgrade at hotel !

A great place to stay in Shimla

Amazing Stay
I along with my wife, my son and all of my friends stayed for 2 nights in the property. Amazing location, amazing hospitality and courteous staff. Play area and Food is something that needs a bit improvement.

extremely rude staff, duty manager is not professional and has no etiquettes. It is not an ITC property only a franchisee managed like a guest house
