Hotel New Cosmos Mall Road

Hotel staff management very bad service is always Katta very poor kitchen and washroom is very unhygienic

Pathetic rooms ..... spider in the room .... i recomend to not stay nd staff is not cooperative ....

everything was perfect, receptionist was very helpful. kitchen service was very fast. room was normal but service was very good.

I am very disappointed from the hotel staff and owner. The mirror in the room was so old and had very dirty stains n spots on it that i couldn’t even see myself clear in it. I asked 3 times the owner and the staff to provide another mirror so that I could dress myself but they didn’t have any importance. Washroom door had gone blown. It couldn’t close n lock properly. I advise the hotel owner to pay attention to these matters and spend some expense on hotel repairs. The hotel has good approach and can win a lot hearts.

it was a pathetic hotel of my life, living at Cosmos was just a nightmare. The quality of bathrooms were just unimaginable. it was stinking. The beddings were not clean. The food quality was bad and in the breakfast it was just very generic one which had very limited options. Pls remove it from your list

the all walls are leaking.it rained during our stay and the hotel room was too moist the water rain down the wall and was the horrible experience with children

The stay was very comfortable with nice room the location was easily accessible on mall road. The staff was very helpful and supportive.

The hotel is centrally located on the mall road. It has facilities like lift and open terrace. The staff is courteous. We really enjoyed our stay

It’s not a hotel but ordinary lodge with no basic facility, to not working door broken, no toilet paper even not serving water bottles

Location is good. But stay was average. The room they provided was having water leakage from the window. Little confusion in the name of this hotel. "New Cosmos" is old one have very bad rooms. "Cosmos" is the renovated property. Nothing new in this property as the name is misleading.

poor housekeeping never recommend to anyone somebody continuously uses the door well.. rooms have poor smelling like mud types... Location is ok
