Location is perfect. Closer to mall road. Gyan chand ji is extremely humble and always service with smile. All the staff, like the person on reception desk. I don't know their names but they are really helpful. Super deluxe room mattress is extremely bad. Few improvements they need to do. Like cleaning the window of the view room. Other than that, it was a okay stay.

The property is right between Cart Road and mall road… Easy access to mall road just few steps and easy access to taxi and 10 steps to cart road… Best possible location and very helpful staff…

The best property in shimla. Best food and best view. Vibes hi a lag hai is jagah ki. Family always enjoy visit here. The open restaurant has the best view and best service. I have visited this property many times and every-time the place never stops to amuse me. The staff is cooperating and prompt in service. Overall a good experience.

Everything was good , specially location near by Mall Road you can go easily by walk 😊 and the view from balcony was amazing 🤩
