HOTEL SHINGAR MALL ROAD

I would highly recommend this to everyone... really love how the hotel was so on the mall which is the heart of shimla...the rooms were clean, the staff was so kind....had peaceful nights in the hotel with the convience of everything around the hotel.

Staff is very gentle and polite, didn’t face any issue food is also good there and the staff is helpful

I’ve booked for 3 nights start from 19th Jul with b/f n dinner, there is no welcome drink provided by the hotel and i asked tea they’ve charged aprx for 2 cups, early check in is available as most of the hotel inventory is available, limited option in breakfast no south indian dishes when i was stayed 3 nights, In room dining specially dinner items was gud n tasty, they don’t believe in daily maintenance and room cleaning after asking to them, they said it just 1 day saaf hi hai room.. it’s very funny reply from hotel desk manager.. pls check the room category before entering into room as rooms are small even s.deluxe room we’ve changed after so many requests.

Location is good . Not very far from the Lift on mall . Great room and ambiance , service is also great.

The condition of the rooms was below expectations, with a noticeable musty smell making the stay uncomfortable.

Very bad experience at hotel shingar rooms are not the same as shown on site rooms are very small washrooms are not very good less amenities are there as compare to their prices parking was not provided dont go this hotel

Hotel Shingar is good property very near to mall road. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Staff is good and helpful. Need some improvement in toiletries.

location of the hotel is perfect. it is situated on the mall road and just in front of Shimla High Court.

there were cockroaches in the washroom, many amenities mentioned in the details were not present like hair dryer and dental kit. From shower cabin water may overflow. mountain view was not good and obstructed by other buildings. Do not book this hotel if you want good valley view.

The room service was not good, and the staff’s behavior was very rude. The checkout time was 12 PM, but I started receiving calls from 11 AM itself. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory.
