The property is right between Cart Road and mall road… Easy access to mall road just few steps and easy access to taxi and 10 steps to cart road… Best possible location and very helpful staff…

must say, it was a fantastic experience! The location is absolutely perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. A special highlight of my stay was the delicious cake provided by the hotel for my anniversary. This thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more memorable. Additionally, the food at the hotel was exceptional. Each meal was prepared with care, and the flavors were fantastic.

Location is perfect. Closer to mall road. Gyan chand ji is extremely humble and always service with smile. All the staff, like the person on reception desk. I don't know their names but they are really helpful. Super deluxe room mattress is extremely bad. Few improvements they need to do. Like cleaning the window of the view room. Other than that, it was a okay stay.

The rooms are very small, food is not so good,behaviour is not good they fight with my driver for parking

The location alone is fine. Rest all is horrible. The rooms are not in good condition. All the plug points are not in good condition. Unable to charge any of my devices. The complimentary food was not given on time. Have to wait for hours, later have to visit the kitchen multiple times to ask for breakfast but still not served. Horrible service and will never recommend

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. Room is very clean as well the washroom is clean. Heater of the room are working properly fine. Staff are very polite and humble. Our breakfast and dinner was included in this hotel, taste of food was also delicious. Thank you hotel victory for good hospitality.

Its really nice to be here, the food service, the food quality, room services and the ornamental humble behaviour of staff is really nice. I would recommend every tourisms to experience their journey here once.

Not up to the mark as per amount they charged

There was a leakage in water fittings in bathroom. TV not worked in night even after repeated request. it was only restored in next morning. Room upgrade was not provided.

Actual rooms are not as shown in photos. Other places near mall road provides more amenities with the same price range.

Everything was good , specially location near by Mall Road you can go easily by walk 😊 and the view from balcony was amazing 🤩

Hotel very expensive and price is very high . Not even offered water in room . It’s been expected more neat ness also .
