not good maintenance not good service rooms accessories are not working

Very poor condition room as well as hotel. Stairs are take your live. Very rush place. I will not want to stay

No lift or plain road to reach hotel One has to literally climb 2 floor to reach the gate of hotel Then hotel also hasn't any lift.. I got room on 3rd floor So from main road I have to climb almost 5 floor to reach my room Also they charge really high for the size of room.. It's size will be maximum 10*10 ft. Room was not maintained well Door lock and handle was so loose that it could come out in the hand.. No space to open your suitcase.. Also the mattress was too soft It gave me back ache Only good thing - Staff was supportive

The room in itself is decent - a bit small but clean. There are very steep 30-40 stairs the one needs to climb to reach the hotel. Not recommended for people with lung or heart issues. The staff will carry your luggage for you but climbing those stairs even without luggage is a task in itself and will rob you of energy for the rest of the day. Families traveling with children and elderly should avoid. Other than that the staff is very friendly and helpful - they even allowed us early check in for free since our bus arrived earlier than expected. Food options are very limited though.

Overall Ok. Cleaning is also Ok. there was no lift in hotel so u have to go by stairs only. Location was also good. No swimming pool gym sp available and interior is old. Some taps and other amenities needs replacement

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It’s newly built and has high standard rooms. Modular washrooms. Hotel staff and owner mr. Thakur is very friendly and cooperative. Nice view of outside. I have definitely shortlisted this for further stay.

I was a lovely experience staff was also very nice beautiful location view was good over all a nice visit.

Worst service booked 2 rooms and they didn't provide towels staff was rude had to pay to carry luggage to car. Info not correct of location so steep stairs was with family and it was bad for them worst hotel i stayed ever in shimla will give 0 rating.

Experience was not that good. Rooms were not maintained and facility was not good. According to price it was pathetic. We should have given 1000 rupees for that. 2500 were very costly.

A wonderful hotel with clean rooms and nice, helpful staff and the view from the room was mesmerizing. Stairs leading up to the hotel are a bit too steep but overall a pleasant and worthwhile experience.

Room is very small and there is very steep steps from road to hotel. Which is not safe for children women and elderly. Staff behaviour is not good and service is very poor. Rooms are very small for this price.
