Hotel Rahat Regency

Rahat Regency is the worst place to book. The rooms are very untidy and smelly, during my stay the whole night there was no power supply and water in the hotel. Rooms booked by us were bigger in size with view and the hotel provided a small room with no view. Also there was no wardrobe in the room. With all these issues charges were too high for guests.

It is not worth to stay for the amount charged. Have not provided toilet kit, morning tea arrangements (electric kettle, tea bags, etc) in the room. Also options of the breakfast menu are pathetic.

Cleanliness was not proper. Dining area can be improved. Room was small. In the morning, light went off when we needed geyser and miraculously came back when we got ready for checkout, so couldn't bath.

Lack of service. Had to call the reception by leaving room and finding the receptionist everytime.

The hotel staff's behaviour was very bad and the hotel was also bad. I want to tell everyone one thing that you should never stay in this hotel. The people in this hotel tried to rob us whenever they got a chance.

Food items were costly and spicy, services is not so good, receptionist behaviour is not at all good I would suggest to change him,overall I would give 3/10 to the hotel

There is in make my trip showing that hotel is available in 727 per day but we are on a hotel and hotel owner said that the room will cost at 1600 per day there is a scam

Very poor services and charged rs 1100 extra for room and not provided complimentatry breakfast as booked through mm t. Breakfast included in my tarrif but hotel denied it very hectic behaviour of receptionist.

Not much to expect from this place, the guy at the reception is rude. Linen dirty, water supply wasnt there in the bathroom. But in this budget one can’t expect much

Terrible experience washroom not working no water gates connot be locked tap was not working staff was very very rude i went there tester-day with my family i need to leave hotel at 12am at night because of safety reasons of ky family people having drinks in open staff is threatening my family there were saying jo krna h krlo hum nhi krenge and they accept the booking of 9people in 3rooms but rooms were so small u cannot put extra bed in that room ! i recomment makemytrip to blacklist this type of property for your customer sake !

Very poor service, smell coming in rooms, no cleaness, used bed sheet, not clean also, poor food quality my money waist worthless hotel stay in my left huge cost taken by hotel service poor, behavior with driver also very poor

Hotel rah-at regency is terrible, standard r room is overrated. Bedsheets, towels and blankets are very dirty and it seems all are used and not removed after guest check out. Bathroom basic accessories like towel holders are broken no place to keep towels and clothes. The room is dirty and it seems they never do pest control insects like spider, bugs are roaming every corner. Nothing is good. Food items on the menu card are ample but you can only order a few items and the rest are not available. And the taste is pathetic. *overall i have rated zero out of 5* i suggest make my trip before selecting the hotel and resort in your panel you should check whether the hotel or resort is capable for your valued customer or not. The location of property is excellent. It is located near mall road. Mall road is around 1 km from this property. The advantage of this property location is that it is located in serene, calm place with excellent view. Also it is near to market place for any shopping needs.

Bhai log is hotel mai booking mat krna ye log pics main aur room dikhate hai or wahan per pahunchne pe chota sa room dete hai or hotel k owner ko to baat krne ka pt a hi nai mera sara tour inhone start mai hi khrab kr diya tha. Please mat jana is hotel main 1000 jyada pay krdo wo acha ma-gar aise hotel mai kabhi mat jana

My room was not good enough to be paid 1500 rs per night. The view from the room was awful ( i am talking of my room, other might have good view) the room service, the food and the staff were good so overall, the room was substandard but the service was acceptable. So my advice is to check the rooms before paying at the desk.

Went with 6 people room are just fine there is no service of heater wahsrooms are not good. Distance is very much from hotel to mall road
