Room Service is poor, Restaurant facilities is more than castly from local market

To hectic to handle, please add some parking spots near by, otherwise rest things is good. Working space rooms area is good

Hotel Windsor is a decent one. The room & toilet are clean., well lit. Front desk and support staff are courteous. The only issue with the hotel is it is NOT accessible from the road. Guests have to take 67 steps & some slope to get into the hotel. Every time you are going out you have to climb 67 steps & some slope to avail taxi. But if you can climb that then the Mall Road is just 7-8 mins of walking distance. The guy in reception is very helpful. Also Ajay, the support staff is a smiling helpful guy. Overall I've enjoyed my stay except those steep climbing part.

It is an average hotel with average facilities. Staff is polite but service is not upto the mark. They do not have parking facility, Infact you would not be able to get any near by parking if you are travelling by your own vehicle. We had to struggle for parking our vehicle for 1 hour. The hotel is down in the hills so you have to step down around 60 stairs and you will hardly get ground or upper floor rooms. Food is average. The cost for food and room they are charging is high as per the service provided. They also asked for extra charge for dropping baggage up to the car parking area. Overall Not good for family stay.

make my trip is pathetic this hotel does't have any parking near by public parking is 3 kms away, dirty beds no dinner facility after 9, no tv. do you guys even bother what customer fell, do you even visit the properties that you play on

Hamara stay Windsor Hotel mein bohot achha raha. Thodi stairs hai but staff bohot hi helpful aur friendly hai, hamesha smile ke saath madad ki. Rooms saaf aur comfortable hai. Khaana bohot tasty tha – breakfast, lunch, dinner sab amazing! Service top-class aur hotel ka atmosphere bilkul ghar jaisa feel diya. Agar aap Shimla jaa rahe ho, Windsor Hotel zaroor try karo – helpful staff, tasty food aur ek unforgettable experience!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Windsor, The Mall, Shimla – 5 stars all the way! The location is unbeatable, some stairs from the Mall Road with very quiet surroundings. The rooms were super clean, cozy, and beautifully done, giving perfect modern vibes. The food was delicious, with a great variety at such amazing prices! What really stood out was the ambience – peaceful, classy, and charming. And hats off to the staff – so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shimla. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for two days. The location is very near to mall road. Only thing is you need to climb stairs a little (which to be frank is the case with most hotels in shimla). Price is reasonable and food is fine too.
