Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated)

We stayed at Snow Valley Resort, Shimla for 3 nights with family (3 couples and kids) and had a wonderful experience overall. The property is well-maintained, centrally heated, and ideal for both families and groups. The rooms were spacious, tastefully done, and extremely comfortable. The beds, linen, and overall cleanliness were top-notch. Washrooms were modern, although the door in our room was a bit stiff to operate. One suggestion would be to check hardware fittings regularly. TV was available, but Tata Sky DTH had not been recharged – a minor miss but something the Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) can easily improve. The biggest highlight of our stay was the delicious food – every meal from breakfast to dinner was fresh, well-prepared, and served with warmth. Their variety of dishes and quality stood out across all meals. Service staff were polite and quick to respond. The views from the Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) are absolutely stunning – we could see the entire Shimla valley right from our window and balcony, especially beautiful during the morning hours. Parking and check-in were smooth. We would definitely recommend Snow Valley Resort to others and would love to return on our next trip. Overall Rating: 4.5/5

Excellent experience, starting with the smooth check in. Excellently appointed rooms, no issue with the AC or hot water. Housekeeping & room service both were alert & upto mark. Network connection is an issue overall at Shimla & thus while the Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) has subscribed to both Jio & Airtel networks, connection does break, though cannot fault the Snow Valley Heights (Centrally Heated) for it. Breakfast spread is quite decent & the staff keeps following up for more!

Excellent Property staff is so cooperative and humble.Rooms are clean and newly constructed .Food needs little bit improvement and do not miss the view from terrace.The property location is a little difficult if you take help from the Google App. Just search Baluganj thana then search for property location.

The property was very good, the location is also good away from crowded place. The view from property is fantastic and definitely you will love it, the 360 view of valley is nice. The rooms are nice, clean spacious. I will recommend 100%

Though the property was little inside, it was very clean and neat. The room was decently spacious with bathrooms were very clean. The staff was very responsive and courteous. When compared with other properties it was value for money.
