"The room is exceptionally well-maintained, with a high level of neatness and cleanliness. Both the room and washroom are equipped with all necessary amenities. The view from the balcony is aesthetically pleasing and captivating. A notable feature of the room is the hot shower facility. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, with food that is both palatable and nutritious. The hotel staff have been extremely cooperative and courteous throughout my stay. I intend to choose this hotel for future visits to Shimla

Property location,food, ambience, facilities,room, amenities all excellent. Dining area and food options, quality also very good.Live music may be improved

Booked room for 2 adults and 02 child age 9 or 14 but one bed is available and after asking lots of time for beding and also 45 minutes waiting for check in the room because room is not available for checkin

rooms r very small nd even balcony room have not a perfect view.. food r good.. services r average even They didn't have bucket nd towel in bathroom

everything was great ,starting from rooms ,food ,hospitality .A little improvement can be done in room service cleaning apart from that everyhting was fantastic.we had a pleasent stay Thank you

Excellent Property staff is so cooperative and humble.Rooms are clean and newly constructed .Food needs little bit improvement and do not miss the view from terrace.The property location is a little difficult if you take help from the Google App. Just search Baluganj thana then search for property location.

Excellent experience, starting with the smooth check in. Excellently appointed rooms, no issue with the AC or hot water. Housekeeping & room service both were alert & upto mark. Network connection is an issue overall at Shimla & thus while the hotel has subscribed to both Jio & Airtel networks, connection does break, though cannot fault the hotel for it. Breakfast spread is quite decent & the staff keeps following up for more!

I had a great stay at Snow Valley Heights in Shimla. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view. The food was excellent throughout our stay. One thing to be cautious about is the monkeys — they often come onto the balcony, so it’s best to keep doors closed. The hotel is conveniently located, just 10–15 minutes from Mall Road, making it a peaceful yet accessible choice.
