We recently stayed at alaya stays in shimla. We were a family of 12 members. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to their staff for their exceptional service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Their smile and warm greeting every morning made our day. We truly appreciate their warm welcome and excellent service during our stay. Their willingness to help with our special requests was impressive. Thank you so much for taking care of us during our stay. Their service was outstanding, and we truly appreciate it. The food was delicious. Would recommend their live barbeque and bonfire. Mr. Gaurav bharti and his entire team at alaya made our trip very special and memorable. Would recommend this place to all seeking the highest hospitality. Will surely do come back again.

If you are looking for some memorable stay in shimla then this is the perfect place. Property is very nice with some breathtaking views. We were given a very warm welcome by gaurav and rohit ( welcomed by tikka and welcome drink. Gaurav showed me entire place and its history. The hospitality was too good and warm. These guys were available 24x7. The chef praveen was too good and he took care of our needs. A perfect place for a family stay. Highly recommended and must visit place. Thank you for helping us create memories.

This place is a must stay in Shimla. Perfect distant from the city to watch the city view and the nature. You can watch sunrise and sunset from your room itself. The property provides all the required amenities for the stay, the food is awesome, the staff is polite and very helpful. From a small sachet of eno to a surprise birthday decoration - they do it all. We will definitely recommend this place to all.

Excellent old vintage property. Visitors must prefer because it is near mall road with flavour of nature and mountain view. I would like to mention about gaurav ji as exceptional care taker. Ready to help anytime and for any thing you have to order food early as chef prefer to serve fresh food even fresh chicken with awesome flavour pahadon wall maggie is awesome guys

Shimla has been my go to vacation destination for some years now, however this has been my favorite stay so far. It’s budget friendly for a college student plus safe & the view is breathtaking from the balcony. The staff were polite and very helpful, special thanks to gaurav, rohit and chef praveen.

It was a very peaceful stay. We recieved a warm welcome and the staff was always present to help us out with cab bookings or bus timings. We totally recommend the top floor room with amazing views of Shimla 😀 we will definitely visit again.
