Amazing property.. Food is awesome which is rare to find in hills. Staff is humble and courteous. Overall it’s good for those who want to stay in a property that is quite but on the Mall Road with all the best of the facilities.

We had booked a deluxe room in this heritage hotel but before check in ,they charged six thousand extra ,they said the room which booked is not a heritage room.otherwise the room they show me on check in time was of poor condition,ultimately I pay extra for upgradation as they suggest.so It was a terrible experience with woodville palace.lastly they were not providing bill of extra charges money.

My exprience was very pathetic. Because i was travelling 73 old and 2 years old baby. They had provide me very unsafe room. There was no or boundries outside the room. Its was very risky for both. When i said to provide me another. They said we can not do it. They i havd to pay 7500 extea for both afer that they can provode another room. I have no choice.

Good location, excellent outdoor ambiance, very cooperative staff. We liked our stay at this hotel. Rooms need renovation and repairs of fittings & plumbing. Food is good but expensive and potions are small in double bottom pots. They can show some grace there. But overall a good experience.
