Prominent location, delicious food , excellent hospitality !

Overall it was Marvellous experience to stay there. Well cleaned, well behaving staff, location wise also so good. I would love to visit this property again.

location is good but room should be renovetd washroom water comes in the room i request for extra bed but they provide only mattress average hotel only

hotel stay was comfortable food was good it is having access to mall road by lift but its on the last edge of mall road. worth staying as it saved us from shimla traffic Stay Was comfortable, Hotel is Good and easily approachable from Main Road, Its having access to Mall Road but its on the other edge so have to walk a lot to go to main points. Food was Good, Parking facility is good as its a valet Parking.

Nice hotel, but poor room at this rates, food fantastic yummy best jn rates, service and staff excellent, location best, view from room average, toilets ok ok, parking efficient, breakfast 👌with lots of varities to choose from.

I stayed at Landmark Hotel, Shimla for 2 days. Overall, it was an average experience. The room was okay in size but I was disappointed to find that it was not cleaned properly. Basic amenities were also missing, which was unexpected from a hotel of this standard. The food and breakfast were also average, nothing special to mention. The location is convenient, but the hotel definitely needs to work on cleanliness and guest comfort.

We stayed here fir 3 nights and the stay was wonderful. The staff were cordial, the views from hotel terrace were simply breathtaking, safe covered parking, tasty food and good breakfast spread. Location is excellent, right besides the Mall road, the Ridge, and Jakhu temple roapway. To top it all, weather was like a dream!!

One of the major advantages is the ample car parking space and a direct elevator that provides easy access to Mall Road. The rooms are spacious and offer a pleasant valley view. They were clean and well-equipped with basic amenities like an LED TV, mini-fridge, almirah, study table, kettle, and more. However, I would not recommend opting for the buffet. The breakfast spread was very limited and the food quality was average. It's actually a better idea to explore dining options on Mall Road instead, where you’ll find more variety and better meals. The hotel staff appeared somewhat indifferent during check-in and didn’t seem particularly enthusiastic, which was a bit underwhelming. Overall, my stay was comfortable. The standout feature of this hotel is definitely its prime location and easy access to Mall Road, which adds great convenience for travelers.

Property is good and well located however, the staff though nice are laid back. They don’t act without multiple follow ups even after promising to do so. Could be a fantastic place with proactively servicing staff
