Hotel Atithi

i have ever seen worst hotel in my life there ia no tea point no mineral water as conformed by my trip and the 1km high from mall road pls do not visit in make my trip hotel.

Decent place with comfortable rooms and polite staff. The overall experience and service was really execellent. Thanks for such a cozy and relaxing exoerience. I highly recommend the stay at the cove wing.

All the facilities at the Hotel were very good .It was neat and tidy as well must recommend to all customers

location is at good height from mall road approximately 500 meters from church ,Jhaku ropeway is very close to hotel, the rooms quality and size according to price is good, Overall Very Good stay. Recommended

Location is good.but its a very shabby . room size is good.bathroom is not up to the mark. And very untidy.most of the attachment of bathroom was not working.

I used to travel a lot. But this was the first time when I'd faced so many issues with the hotel. The staff was pathetic and so rude. They were not co-operative. We'd asked for the bottled water in the morning, but didn't get it till the night. Cabs are also not allowed because that was the restricted area, so if someone has a problem in walking, it's not recommended to stay there. Even the food was also not good, there was a rotten smell coming from the food. I'd booked the hotel for three days, but had to leave it in one day because of the rude staff behavior. Thanks to makemytrip, they had refunded me the amount. Hotel Atithi is not recommended for anyone.

my experience is good but the food of hotel is average and the room condition is good and also improve the condition of bathroom

Toilets was not so good even geyser problem were there they even didn't provide extra blanket after requesting

Stay is good within budget, there are too much stairs to climb to reach hotel, you either need to do coolie or by local car, don’t dare to climb at your own if you have too much luggage you surely will regret later like we did dont expect good view even on very height because everything blocked by trees

It is near to mall road, very polite staff. Overall good. However, shortcut route to hotel has steep road, one can enjoy.

Thoughtful touches like nightly turn-down service with traditional sweets and a personalized weather forecast made my stay even more special. Overall, the combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the serene beauty of shimla made my stay at hotel atithi truly unforgettable.

Deluxe didn't seems to be deluxe didn't provide bathroom slippers even after asking 3_4 times bad

Worst hotel ever booked for 2 nights but left in a single day. Their kitchen is out of supplies, calling some other hotel for food and that also not good for money
