Everything was 👍... Food, location, facilities,services ...We are enjoying alot during our one night stay... One request - the general toilet in first floor was a a little bit smelly...please do something with that(Our room toilet was fine🙂) Hope you continue to give your best services to satisfy the customers... Overall stay was good . They will charge extra for towel. Location was just beside the elevator for mall road which is very convenient. Food quality was average but quanty was huge and price of the food was reasonable. Overall 4 out of 5.

Best stay is shimla. Great location, Accomadation &ammenities. Everything thing was satisfying and worth the price you pay. The housekeeping part need to be improvised and can do better.The floor mat in the room we stayed was dirty full of hair strainds that too white hair 👩🦳 need to be vaccumed or changed.The condition wasn’t better even after we asked them for cleaning it up.

The stay was very good, and this is the second time I've stayed at Shalom Hostel. The first was in Rishikesh, and now Shimla. The only thing they need to understand is that if couples or family members are taking a private room, they should be allowed to eat food in the room.

I stayed at Shalom Backpackers Shimla and it was amazing. The location is unbeatable—right beside the Tourism Lift and just steps from Mall Road. Location is perfect if anyone is reaching Old bus stand. 10-15 mins maximum walk from Old bus stand. Nice clean dorms. Kitchen facility available. Big balconies with nice valley view.
