Hotel Vaikunth

The room had average cleanliness and the amenities were not up to par. We had to explicitly ask for soaps and towels were included in our stay. The hotel is in a very good location but they need to improve their service.

Location is Good. But services are average. Property is not bad considering the location and peak season

The hotel located at the best location, 20 stairs away from mall road. Room was neat and tidy and I really enjoyed my stay.

The location of the Hotel is excellent It's on the mall road a very short walking distance to the ridge, church, Jakhoo Temple ropeway very much convenient

We were not allowed to stay. We booked super delux we were given 2 very rooms under bssement where the light cannot reach. It was 2 floor below basement. Those rooms are not super delux at all we requested our super delux rooms they told they these are last 2 rooms. Either stay or leave at 10 pm in the night in such cold we had to search for new hotel and then got us moved there very pathetic hotel very pathetic manager very bad room very bad behave we were practically thrown out

If you want affordable accommodation, Vaikunth is an excellent option.

Rooms were near and tidy. Washrooms were clean. Toiletries were all provided with clean towels. Hotel staff was friendly & supportive. You can go for it without a 2nd thought

They have no food available at hotel, no parking, don’t care for customer.

Hotel is situated at mall road which is the best for them who want to stay near mall road. Hotel staff was cooperative.

Room were ok but bucket and stool were damage, all over ok.

I Booked this place at Last moment. The Location of property is not so bad as It’s easily accessible to Mall Road but Amenities are just for name sake. I didn’t recommend this place for Couples.

My stay at this hotel was good. Rooms were clean. Staff was also good.

I had to stay in that hotel because no help was provided and also it was too late Please find below my issues in two folds- A. Regarding hotel 1. Hotel room was not as per pics. Hotel manager accepted this that room which is provided in pics is not available, as it is already booked. 2. Room was stinking as if it is closed from long time and no cleaning is done. 3. There was no ventilation in the room. 4. Wardrobes were broken and nails were coming out of it which was more over risky. 5. Geyser was not properly working, we had to bath with cold water. 6. Washroom exhaust was all broken. When it started it was giving loud shirking noise. 7. Floor tiles were broken. 8. Interestingly the glasses they server to drink water were stinking with alcohol smell. I have a video of manager accepting this and apologizing. I have lot more points to share. the ones I have highlighted above are the main issues. What sort of checks were done to check if the room is as per the guidelines and as per the images.

Even animals can't stay at this hotel and they are charging rate of 3 star property. Make my trip losing fath as they are not aware with such fraud hotels

It was excellent. Do bother about any negative review, not sure what people are expecting. It was an awesome stay and hotel was good.

Hotel is in very poor condition

Location is great. On mall road and very near to the lift. Rahul at the reception was really supportive and courteous

Only location is good being near to mall road. Rest is just average. There is iron stairs having 17 steps to reach hotel below mall road so not comfortable for senior citizens. There is no sign board of hotel. It is converted out of a house. It is just an average time pass.

It's good budget hotel. But due to peak season price are higher
