Balson Residency

I stayed here for two days with family and i am quite impressed with the service by Balson Residency staff. I have opted for breakfast and dinner while booking and food was homely and very tasty. Property is recently renovated and rooms are maintained clean and neat. Excellent views from my room(i opted for family room with balcony) they were even able to assist my driver with stay at the property on the downside, bit of dusty smell when entering the rooms but they fixed it immediately with a room freshener. Property is in a remote location, steep stair case(luggage is carried by staff, parking is bit of concern.

Overall experience was very good the view from the propertys was very good it was also in the good location and the food was also very nice and the best part was that the behavior of the staff was very good overall good experience

It was very nice and comfort room. Room and washroom was very well and clean. Staffs were very humble and nice behaviour. Owner was kind and polite to us. Hotel was situated at nice place. Food and hygiene was maintained.
