I hope you realise that the room you booked is the same you were alloted, were the room specs different from that mentioned, if so you could have connected with Mmt team and discussed . The hotel location was amazing specially for family and old age people The hotel has a lift, view cafeteria, on road location and amazing food though service was a bit slow but manageable as staff was very polite and professional

The property is very well situated in the mountains, surrounded by surreal views. The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The food tasted amazing. The rooms were also well equipped with amenities.

Nice hotel for stay. Room was not so spacious but it was ok. Recommended to book deluxe room if you travel single. Property is having restaurant with live singing concert on saturday night which was outstanding. Food was good.
