The Zion Hotel

One of the best places to stay and calm yourself in shimla. The ambience and food is truly amazing along with hospitality. Must select this hotel if you want a best stay at shimla

Hotel was very nice, rooms were totally clean and staff was very cooperative, especially ishwar garg.

Location is good, property is very well maintained, views are amazing. I last visited this hotel back in 2018, this was my visit after 7 long years, and the hotel is still the same, very well maintained. Amazing property. Staff can be more courteous, i am not saying they're bad. But can behave more humbly. And food quality can improved. 4 stars for these 2 reasons. Otherwise i would have been rated 5⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel location is perfect and it's on. Highway is neat and clean hotel is also value for money, but food is not good and staff is also not good.

We stayed at Zion for 1 night with family..hotel location is good.staff is also fine and polite.the food taste was not good at all.even very less variety was there for breakfast.we ordered few things in dinner but again it was tasteless.they should improve their food for better future.

Rooms were decent with an outstanding view of Shimla. The only major problem i faced during my visit was during dinner time at their restaurant wherein small children were singing poems instead of the promised live music

Good but welcome is not accurate as first time offer/ discount, any bonus or anything else , but they did things to make customers special

My three-day stay at the Zion Hotel Shimla was fantastic! The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. I have taken a him view executive room, and true to the advertising, my had stunning hill views. I loved waking up to that serenity. The in-house restaurant's food was delicious with great variety, and the dining staff were excellent. The hotel's location offered peacefulness while still being convenient to Shimla's attractions. Overall, the Zion Hotel provided a relaxing and memorable experience, and I highly recommend it!

Excellent Hotel - Good amenities- Nice view.. Very Good

The hotel was good in terms of rooms, housekeeping and view from the room. But it was not at all satisfactory when it comes to their restaurant. It is not up to the mark in terms of taste, variety and service. They have a very limited option in their menu. Being a vegetarian you won't get much options in the breakfast buffet and they won't even try to accommodate any request. The restaurant staff lacks sense of service. I ordered their bread basket and naan was burnt, I complained about the same and they didn't even bother to do or even say anything about it, and this is just one example. Much much improvement is needed in their restaurant service if they want to call them a "4 star" hotel (which it is not as per their present standards)

Location is very near to the highway and ample parking space staff is very supportive rooms are new and well maintained

They had an amazing view along with many facilities. There was minimum intervention of the staff and they were very cooperative. However the variety of food was very limited and it was fine.

Everything was on point. Food was tasty, staff was also very polite. Nothing out of the ordinary which i could point.
