Best views of shimla 🏞️ from our room and the owner is so friendly and food here is also good. You just have to reach snow valley resort from there you can either call the property owner or can go down couple of stairs to reach the stay

This propery is 250 meter away from road side on a hill slope. Its difficult to enter the property as we had to carry our luggage on owr own. The propery staff wont help us. Its terrible to carry on our own. The property owner doesn't respond after repeated calls and when he take call the reaponse was cold. There is no way to park our vehicle. We were asked to park our bike on roadside. Overall terrible experience. Wont re-comment

The place is a bit far from main centre, but stay experience is fabulous. The view from room is fantastic. The hotel provides cab service and the price of both hotel and cab is affordable.

Horrible, staff was rude, not willing to help. Even caretaker/manager was casual in his behaviour. More than 300 steps were there, but staff didn’t picked luggage for us. No parking space

The hotel was about 200m-300m downhills. It was a way difficult to come to road by foot. No lift options were there and no roads for the cabs to come to hotel. Food was average. We got the same breakfast daily i. E. Aaloo paratha. No one helped to take luggages as it was very tiredful taking the luggage to uphills while checking out.
