Hotel de Park

It was a good stay. Hotel management was good. Food was really good ,or suggestion is ,they should increase dinner timings from 7pm to 11pm. In short,stay was comfortable.

Dont expect everything written on the menu. First they will telephone you and ask order dinner before 10:30 pm and when ordering nothing is there from the menu. I guess theu want us to order same food what has been cooked for their staff. Dal chawal etc. literally menu is fancy but in reality it sucks.

hotel was good but its approx 10 km we have to drive to go to mall road from hotel and food is good

No cleanliness in the room and the staff would not listen to any queries and romm service too was poor

The room maintenance was very poor even hotel maintenance also.We weren't provided with a handwash in the bathroom and it was dirty.

it's was a good stay. clean and comfort environment. staff was cooperative.over all very good. we enjoyed a lot.

The most pathetic hotel. With zero facilities. We reached at 8pm in the evening. Upon checking in we find the room does not have functional ac. Even though there is an ac in the room they did not put it on for us. Plus there was no fan in the room. The room was smelly and warm with zero ventilation. When a customer is paying 3000 inr for a room these basics are expected. We checked out and changed our hotel immediately as mmt refused to assist us. I will make sure i never use mmt again as the profiles on the platforms are mis-leading and there is no help or support from your customer care.

There is no power backup, no ac in rooms power supply goes we have no lights in room for almost 1 hours in night

4 km before shimla Mall Road . It has ample parking space . Big room and hot water facility . No ceiling fan and air condition facility available . Only table fan available . No toiletries provided . While ordering dinner most of the items were not available . Cooperative staff .

There are no professionalism in staff. I called them but they didn't react anything. When i called them again after 20-30 minutes, then they reacted. Bed sheets and towels are not much cleaned as it should be a three star hotel. I can get a better stay in a normal hotel as compared to hotel de park shimla.

Location of the hotel is good, away from the hustle and bustle of main shimla but you have to pay a hefty amount for the taxi services each time you go to mall road and other local sightseeing. Quality of the food was terrible. Room was spacious but the furniture was not at all maintained. The lights were not working properly. Window panes were broken. Bathroom and toilet were not clean. It offered nothing as per the standards one expects from a 3 star hotel. It seemed more like a budget hotel.

Rooms were good but service needs to be improved. Ac not working. All was good apart from room service

Reception was not aware of any booking. Ask for fan but not provided. They have mentioned ac is available, when we check in ac was on and later they switch it off and when for ac they said it has stop working. How to get this 1200 discount

Services are very fast, rooms are clean, staff is polite and helpful.

Food is very good both breakfast and dinner and staff who serve food always wishes and very nice
