Terrible Stay

Room is not properly clean, bed was dirty, no proper lock for door, no good water, toilet was dirty. Overall properly not maintained. Really terrible.

Pathetic rooms and horrible servicw

We booked the hotel looking at reviews. But don't go by the reviews. Booked the full meal plan expecting buffet service but they don't have any such provision. The amount charges for meal plan comes out to be more than when you offer same food on al-a-carte. Food quality is not up to the mark. Coming to rooms, we booked deluxe rooms. Rooms are spacious but there is too much sound from the kitchen above the room making it uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel ran out of water in the morning and all guests had a miserable time. We were forced to checkout without bathing. Overall a stay away, there are many hotels offering good service in the same price.
