Some reviews mentioned a lack of nearby parking facilities and complaints about dirty paths. While the view was highlighted positively, the overall uphill walk to reach the main road was a significant drawback for guests.

Terrible Stay

I reached there but there was no one in the reception. Then I couldn't call the contact because my phone was stolen . I waited long and screamed for if there was anyone or not then I came back and stayed in nearby hotel . There was no boarder also

Horrible experience. The place is shady with musty rooms. The bedsheets were dirty, no AC, no path from the main road, you have to walk down almost like a trek.

On inquiry I found that the hotel price at your app is costlier than the on ground real price and more over no information on Car Parking and the distance from nearest car parking is available at your app which creates inconvenience for the tourist after the booking as he has already made the booking on your app.

Worst stay ever, booked this hotel after inquiring about early check-in, after getting confirmation room was booked, then also denied early checkin. This hotel is so far from mall road and you have to walk downhill to reach there which is very difficult. Bad rooms, worst service, smelly rooms, terrible washrooms, very rude behaviour by staff. These rooms weren’t even worth 1k for which they are charging 3k. Never stay here.

No facility of food. Service is limited. Cleanliness is good but room are not aery. One should hove sunlight for stay as well. Toilets are clean and there is hot water in geysers. Stay is average as when compared to other hotels in vicinity. Rest everthing is good. Very near to old bus-stand shimla. There is proper arrangement of blankets and cult for stay. Water is avaliable in hotel

No proper footpath to reach the hotel. Also, very dirty kitchen. Over expensive food. If u book any vehicle from the hotel then the charges 3 to 4 times, than the actual charge. It's better to book by yourself.

Very difficult to find property

The property was 300 meters downhill from the road where you don't have any parking in a 1km area. you will get a very small box room with no windows.
