bad experience of food in hotel and no cleaning rooms.

रूम की क्लीनिंग नहीं थी,टॉयलेट बहुत अच्छे क्लीन नहीं थे,ओर पीने के लिए पानी अच्छा नहीं था।टीवी ऑन किया था 2 दिन लगातार बोला।रिसेप्शन पर कोई भी नहीं दिखता।बस जब आप रूम चेक इन करोगे तो ही रिसेप्शन पर एक व्यक्ति दिखेगा।उसके बाद वहां कोई भी रहता।बहुत ही खराब अनुभव रहा।

As the room its book for my driver he checked in a bit late and the owner provided him the low quality mattress room and argued with me that to cancel and booked it again if i pay the amount in advance why should i pay more he give the room to other people as i informed the receptionist that we will be late and ready the room clean bt he did not give the room and although he argued with me and willing me to cancel that its not the first time i booked the property for the driver bt he use the water id slso not coming from the tap

Overall experience was very good the view from the propertys was very good it was also in the good location and the food was also very nice and the best part was that the behavior of the staff was very good overall good experience

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the very start, the main gate was broken, and i had to climb unstable, damaged stairs to reach the reception area, which felt extremely unsafe. The entire property looks old and poorly maintained, and it’s far from the main market. The lighting, both inside and outside the hotel, was minimal, creating a gloomy and isolated atmosphere. The door locks in the rooms were broken, and there was no proper dining space available. Despite requesting housekeeping, no one came to clean the room. When the geyser broke, it took nearly an entire day to fix it. There was no buffet or proper dining area, not even inside the rooms. Basic amenities like a kettle, tea and coffee pouches, and proper toiletries such as shampoo and soap were missing or insufficient. The food provided was just dal and roti, which felt like a complete waste of money. Overall, this place was extremely disappointing, and i wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

It was a terrible stay. There is no facility and assistant for the guest. There is no water in washroom for all the staying days. They continue told lie and even not picked up phone there. We had to go in other guest room washroom. Also the hotel was very far from shimla. The distance written was lie on the website. The entrance was brooked may be due landslide. They didn't repaired. I slipped there while climbing for the hotel. Because of all this i checked out one night earlier and came back to faridabad. It was really really very terrible stay. I hope this hotel should be close.

The property is good, with particularly humble and helpful staff. The food is both budget-friendly and delicious.

I stayed here for two days with family and i am quite impressed with the service by hotel staff. I have opted for breakfast and dinner while booking and food was homely and very tasty. Property is recently renovated and rooms are maintained clean and neat. Excellent views from my room(i opted for family room with balcony) they were even able to assist my driver with stay at the property on the downside, bit of dusty smell when entering the rooms but they fixed it immediately with a room freshener. Property is in a remote location, steep stair case(luggage is carried by staff, parking is bit of concern.

I have booked hotel for senior citizens, as it is far away from main bazar, difficult to get connected with others. There is so many steps up to get in.

It was very nice and comfort room. Room and washroom was very well and clean. Staffs were very humble and nice behaviour. Owner was kind and polite to us. Hotel was situated at nice place. Food and hygiene was maintained.
