BEWARE MONKEY MENANCE AT HE RESORT

Monkey Menace.....we were unable to use the balcony are as the monkeys were regularly sitting int he balcony ...One of the monkeys even entered the room and took away the eatables.....Also the monkeys used the balcony area to defecate.... The expectation of having a balcony room facing the valley and enjoying nature beauty by sitting the open turned out to be a horror experience.

Terrible Stay

Very unpleasant experience. Property badly needs maintenance. Going to this property from past 20 years but this time the experience was not good. Lights were not working, regulator of fan was almost broken, and bathroom felt like it was 40 years old. Water from the shower was not coming properly. I ordered a cake and it came 4 hours late. Food was sub standard.

Resort is good but facilities not upto the mark as per the price they charged. Fruit basket which make my trip described was not provided. Fridge was not working. No door stopper. Though staff was very helpful. Overall its a nice place with some facility limitation.

Excellent stay at the Timber trail heights with fantastic views amidst lush green pine trees. The cable car approach was exciting and awesome. Food was good but limited in range. The staff were very helpful and courteous right from Reception, housekeeping and room service besides the restaurant. Activities for all ages both inhouse and outsourced ensured a great holiday

The stay was average just because of location of property. The service is horrible and i am not saying this based on any one particular incident but a lot of them. Staff is unprofessional and room service is quite slow. The property needs some renovation as our door lock was broken, balcony door stopper was broken and hanging from door. The only positive was the big balcony.
