Hotel was at good location. Food was delicious. Staff was very good and helpful. I liked the hotel

The manor is built very cleanly in a lovely locationin the valley. The rooms are well maintained with great service everywhere in the hotel the indian food is very very good includingthe tandoori roti's and the lassi

Way to hotel is very bad. Not worth as per price. staff is good but room comfort is not ok. Restaurant chair and table are sticky. Overall experience is average.

The road to the hotel is vey horrible. The 2, 3 km area feels like terrible. U need a good car and a good driver to go through it. The location of hotel is also not good. The food quality was also poor although the staff services were very nice.

The property is located in midst of nature, however, the approach is via unpaved road. It is a little tricky but manageable for an experienced driver. The hotel has access to a short trek down the riverside. The place provides complete isolation which is perfect for someone looking for a peaceful and close to the nature stay. The balcony view is breathtaking from where the sunset can also be seen. The food is expensive and quality needs to be improved. The staff is very humble and courteous. Enough parking space is available.

Very difficult to reach. Facilities not commensurate with the charges (5000+ per day. It is far away from kasauli. If looking at kasauli visit, then this is not appropriate location.

Hotel was 5 km away from the location shared after booking. Approach road is unpaved and terrible. There is no arrangement for stay of driver.

Approach road from highway is very risky and it’s very difficult for all to reach with ease.

Perfect location for someone who is looking for peace alongside nature outside the city rush. Not too old property but well maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene so 5/5. Staff services are quick and prompt 5/5. Food requires improvement 3/5. If you opted for a buffet then your taste buds need to have less expectations here. The same applies to ala carte. Starters were okay. Major limitations is to get the location right as maps are confusing and there are no direction boards. Also, inner roads are damaged so wouldn't suggest any hatchback to go there.

Very good staff very good service nice resort

It is a motel with very friendly staff. Approach road is a bit rough. Rooms are clean but the level of services are not like a 4 star hotel. It doesn’t have the sense of space of a resort. One can get a good bargain if one goes as a group. Food is fresh but not authentic. If you have early dinner or breakfast then it can be an issue. There are no shops in close vicinity so take along all necessary items. Hotel toiletries are mediocre in quality.

Stay was absolutely great. Went with wife for 1 night as weekend getaway. Had a great time and comfortable stay in the beautiful property. Total 16 rooms. All very clean. Staff is too quick to support for any help needed. Restaurant has ample seating area and breakfast buffet had the following options: - idli sambar - aaloo matar subzi - poori - poridge (dalia) - bread butter toast - aaloo pyaaz parantha - hot milk and chocos - tea & coffee - 2 types of fruits - 2 types of fruit juices overall - pros: 1. Clean room 2. Mini bar, snacks, tea making items, toiletries, towels available in room 3. Very clean bathroom 4. Courteous and helpful staff 5. Delicious breakfast buffet 6. Beautiful surrounding hill view 7. Greeted on reaching hotel with welcome drink cons: 1. Route to the hotel was very steep down and risky, with very narrow rough road. Need a driver with expertise in driving in mountains, to reach the hotel. Hotel and room seemed new, all in wooden theme. Hence, overall property seemed attractive just after entrance.

The location was good and staff was helpful but mattress were not comfortable and breakfast was not up to mark

Very good sesvice best room and good staff

Pretty place. The staff was really polite. It’s just that the last 1 km distance is little tricky. Rest everything was good.

We took two rooms and one of the rooms had some bad drainage issue, apparently the issue stretched from room# 102 to 202 below that, even cockroaches were seen. The staff was proactive to get it cleaned but the issue was recurring and i think they knew about it but they were so booked that they just said "koyi baa t nahi" and cleaned the room. I mean how could you say that when the guest is uncomfortable. Food was good, staff was courteous, we have stayed in properties where they never charge you for milk for kids in the morning as that makes the part of the breakfast, but until the second day when we filled the glass ourselves they charged us for milk glasses even in the morning (i can understand evening milk for kids could be charged if dinner isn't included, my dinner was included though. The hotel is smaller than it looks in the pics, the garden is nice and tranquil but a bit of a risk for the kids due to the slope at the edge, my kid came back with a bruised nose as he slipped down that slope while playing. As i kept writing this review, i went back to downgrade the rating twice, from good to average and then average to poor, but my reasons could be read above, the location is good, balconies are scenic, you would prefer to carry an experienced driver as the way to the hotel is a bit tight and sometimes scary but really scenic.
