Location is fantastic. Food quality average. Paneer Tikka was pathetic. Cleanliness and room average. Best part - you have to pay for lemon, tooth brush and paste. We asked for a lemon and were charged 30/- for that.. come on, we had meals worth 3000/- at your hotel Also were charged 20/- each for 2 brushes and 10/- for small toothpaste. Thank god didn’t charged for Towel & Pillows

Mineral water bottle + 2 tea bags + 2 coffee sechets + 4 milk sechets +4 suger sachets along with 1 kettle placed in the room.In the bathroom there are 2 shampo sachets + 2 pouches hair oil + 2 toilet soap along with 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels as complimentary in each and every room. We understand your concerns and are genuinely sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Items like lemon , tooth brush and tooth paste are chargeable as per our standard Hotel policy, but we are always happy to explain such charges transpaently. We have also noted your comments regarding your Paneer tikka and will share this with our chef to ensure better consistency. We at Birds view , strive to offer warm hospitality and comfortable stay amidst nature. Overall great value for money away from the kasauli hustle and bustle with great views of the plains. Panchkula, chandigarh, pinjore, kalka. Me and my wife recently stayed at Bird's View Resort in Kasauli from August 12th to 15th, 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. We booked a Super Deluxe room named Orange, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, well-equipped with AC (though didn't have to use it), and other amenities. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, offering an awe-inspiring panorama of the mist-covered hills. The weather during our stay was typical of the monsoon season, with a pleasant temperature hovering around 20°C, adding a magical touch to our experience. The staff at the resort were exceptionally cooperative and helpful, with a special mention to Mr. Harish, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. His hospitality truly made a difference, and we were impressed by his dedication. The resort is situated in a serene location, offering a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. It also provides ample parking space, which was a significant convenience for us. The food served was good, and we appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and the entire premises.
