The staff is truly the heart of this place extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with genuine warmth. The facilities are top-notch and reflect the luxury expected of a five-star establishment. Every detail, from the rooms to the recreational amenities, was well thought out and perfectly maintained. The food deserves a special mention—absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. Every meal was a delightful experience, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Hotel Chillaru in Solan is a hidden gem nestled in nature’s lap. The serene ambiance, stunning views, and peaceful surroundings make it a perfect escape from city life. The location is great; the campus is full of opportunities to find a quiet place to relax. The staff is very attentive and willing to create the relaxing experience needed on a weekend getaway. If you are staying on campus your whole time of your stay would recommend getting the full board meal option.

The stay at Chillaru resort exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms and washroom were very clean and well kept. We enjoyed all the games and specially pool is the highlight. Our pet was welcome and enjoyed a lot. Overall excellent atay and shall come back again.

Location is good. Rooms are neat & clean. Linen is fresh .. But the room amenities are zero. Breakfast Buffet menu is very less according to the price. For me overall it is overpriced. The best part about the property is it’s gorgeous pool

The property is located at a very approachable distance from the highway. The staff is very supportive and all the rooms have an ecstatic view. Met the owner also who is very humble. The pool is one of the best that I have ever been in.

Superior room was beautiful but it was not very spacious. The property is built beautifully but is not maintained very properly. Ambience of the place is very good. The pool was very good. Food is expensive and not very tasty

Property and food was good, also behaviour of Employees are also very Good specially the restaurant staff.. Only the service is bit slow…

the staff is super nice. good property amidst green lush mountains. well maintained, a must stay. initially, i planned a two day stay, but of course, i was amazed by hospitality and extended my visit here. ❤️❤️
