The food was good but the TV was not working, even after telling them they didn't do anything about it.

Over all stay experience was excellent. Room cleanliness, restaurant food quality, staff cooperation was very nice. View from hotel is very nice, surrounded by greenary. Above all hotel owner monitor every activities personally, interact with guests.

Poor maintenance , rooms are like third standards. Toilets are old styled , door locks not working. Furniture broken

Bath room dirty sink tap leaking no wifi no intercom had to use my mobile to get in touch with reception rooms not cleaned during my 4 night stay

The stay is quite nice, but the room has flies. Otherwise, the room is clean, and the location is convenient with on-road parking.

It was even worst than worst given location is not real i did follow location given but it ended 5 km before the location after realising this is not it i contacted hotel and they cut my call than i have to cal helpline number girl answered it explained her everything she told let me contact them after that she contacted hotel and after talking to them she told me mam waits for 15-20 minutes they will send you location here i loose my calm for real i travelled from jaipur to solan by bus i was so tired so i said directly to her this is not done i need instant solution otherwise give me my money its not like i was staying for free i already paid on the top of that i had exam next day in the morning than i received whatsapp message from unknown no from hotel and wow they had send me LIVE LOCATION they didn’t bother to call at all i reached hotel somehow they don’t care what happened or what not acting very calm and saying it was not our mistake fir location think she said (lady on reception) it is mistake how absent minded she was she didn’t even know m my booking they she gave me room and said while leaving i will send water which is never came and room is not that good we can say it was barely average but i have important exam and travelled too much so don’t create chaos after resting a little i went to market after coming back i told guy on reception other staff the day lady didn’t send drinking water later he came with 2 water bottle and fixed electricity because electricity was out that evening and whole night they provided electricity by generator form 7pm to 11:30 pm then they turned it off whole night i slept without fan for air i opened window next morning same lady from yesterday i chat with her electricity she had audacity to said did you felt hot in night i know solan is cool place it was raining but everyone knows it that ventilation is important during stay i ordered veg biryani asked reception guy with what will you serve it he said with raita which is never came and guy who came to serve me my food said we never give raita with it then i confronted him but other guy said you are them he said mam there was rain so nobody went to buy curd worst hotel ever worst staff ever bunch of thugs liars making fake stories only good think in this hotel the guy from night desk because he was attentive answering call on time but i think that is what they do guest’s comfort technically they are getting paid for it i am never going to recommend this hotel to anyone and electricity board around the corner of window they were in bad condition OH BY THE WAY NAME OF THE HOTEL IS CENTA ROSA NOT CENTAROSA

The location is good but the rooms are not. Bathrooms were dirty, we called for service for bathroom cleaning, but the person never came. There were no acs in any room. Had to call 2-3 times just to get water bottles in the room. There was no water supply in the bathroom. Had to call 3-4 times to get that fixed. Even then the water pressure in wash basin and flush was pathetically poor. Got stuck in lift twice. I had to kill 3 big spiders. There were other small insects

Nice view from hotel. Housekeeping and receptionist's behaviour were very good. Rooms were clean and hot water was available 24/7.

Food was great and employees were very humble. But only problem was of washroom. Water was not available all the time. Water was there only for few hours in day and unavailable at night. And shower was not working at al. Washrooms are very tight. Other than that light was a major issue. They have generators but they on it only to fill water tanks only. And all this caused very problem to my family.
