Hotel Himanis Resorts

I would like to bring to your attention a concern I experienced during my recent stay. I stayed at your property for more than a week, and during this time, I spent some time sitting in the garden area. However, I was told that I could not sit there unless I purchased something. I was surprised to hear this, as there was no visible signage or hotel policy mentioned regarding such a requirement. I felt this treatment was unfair and not in line with the standard hospitality one would expect.

washroom cleaning is not good 1st team show breakfast is included & hotel person say no breakfast

Very good hotel they provided early cheek in which was suitable for me food was also good property location is also very convenient

The rooms was not that good. Too small and bit smelly. Bedsheets were stained and dirty. Called the room service changed all bed sheets but still there was some stains. Washroom was big disaster. Very stinky.

Great location great food but not so great services anything asked from them took a while to be given in room maybe there is less staff working there

They don't have wi-fi to offer in certain areas of their hotel. Which was a big issue during my stay.

Location is good as near to mall road. Service and food quality was upto the mark. Amenities are good.

Hotel himani is situated in the heart of solan town. It is great for business and other family trips. Rooms are nice and cosy with basic amenities there. Staff is polite and helpful. Food is good and satisfying

We had a comfortable stay with excellent service , cooperative staff .Good and prime location on the. Mall road . Food was good,will like to visit again ☺️

Very pleasant and helpful staff. However, there were several operational / maintenance issues. It rained one evening and water started dripping from the ceiling lights. The tv did not work several times. Twice in three days, the staff forgot to give me towels

Room - it is better to have some tea and coffee making ingredients as hot water cattle is available. Bathroom - no shampoo is available only soaps are there.

Breakfast in the morning nobody to serve except mr. Pravin that too we have to call. He is thoroughly hardworking gentleman. Service needs to improve. Even food quality can be better. Location is good. Overall good stay. Good service only rendered by mr. Pravin. Hatts off to his dedication towards work.

Location is excellent and easily reachable at property. Rooms are not as per corporate requirement, and after request for suitable room not provided in off season, food quality is good and service is good.

Asking additional money. We came at the hotel 1. 30 pm but room is not ready so i ask other rooms so they asking inr 800 extra for same room only difference the room in first floor. And after this they don't have dental kit, sleepers. Staff behaviour very rood. Menu card food items also not available. Less staff calling for only water noone responding. No housekeeping available. We wait 1 hour for the room. Iam a regular customer I need my money back.

The main advantage was it is locking the heart of city. Food, room service was good. View was not at all worth mentioning.

The resort is very well maintained. The employees are extremely helpful and warm in their behaviour. Food is awesome.

They were very cooperative, i was offered to check in few hours before check in time and better than what i booked.
