Hotel The Cliff

Very cheap hotel,thats the only good thing. The hotel experience was quite a letdown, honestly. The rooms had a musty smell that was hard to ignore, making it difficult to relax. Plus, the beds were incredibly noisy, which kept everyone awake at night. It was also inconvenient that there was no elevator, especially with luggage. Overall, it wasn't the most pleasant stay for my family. Seriously, this place should be your last option. The bathrooms and rooms look like they're from the '90s.

Location good,room facilities r very poor, no breakfast varieties, restaurant was not available after 10pm.

I had called the hotel and asked about the location of the hotel and the hotel service was good and food is also provided in the hotel.

Hotel is located on main road. Mall Road market is 10 minutes walk from Hotel. Hotel provided minimal facility compared to tariff charged. Bedsheet had stains. We had to request for change. Bathroom walls edges had stains. Hotel did not provide soap / shower gel / tooth paste. There was no occupancy. In the entire hotel, we were only staying. We would not prefer to stay in this hotel again.

It was a good stay, staff was helpful and cheerful but the bed mattress could have been better. The springs were making quite much noise

Rooms cleanliness was good, gyeser works very fast as needed in winters, sleepers were also provided which is a basic need in the hotel, tv was not working later they fixed it, it should be checked before guest arrival and check in, car parking space is less at main reception, only capacity to park 4 cars maximum rest needs to be parked here and there on road which can be risky due to security, hotel cleanness was excellent. Food quality was ok but can be improvised and made excellent. Overall i liked the stay and services so gave 5 ratings accordingly. No thanks

In the name of resort it’s bluff. Not worth a penny.

Very little to no parking space. Have to leave room key everytime you go out. Nobody wakes early in the morning just in case you need help. Not going again here.

Location, food and staff behavior was good. Room was neat and clean.
