We recently stayed at this Fortune Select Forest Hill, Kasauli - Member ITC Hotels' Group as a family of four — my wife, our two kids (an 8-month-old and a 5-year-old), and I — and we had an incredibly comfortable and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm hospitality and positive attitude. Everyone, from the reception team to the waiters and housekeeping staff, was courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to our needs. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the food was simply amazing — fresh, flavorful, and with a good variety to suit all tastes. The location of the Fortune Select Forest Hill, Kasauli - Member ITC Hotels' Group is beautiful, and the clean swimming pool and kids’ play area were welcome bonuses that our children thoroughly enjoyed. What truly stood out was the care and attention the staff gave to our children. They went out of their way to prepare customised meals — like porridge and apple puree for our infant and fresh juices made to order for our older child. This level of thoughtfulness made a big difference and made us feel right at home. One incident on our last night truly highlighted the integrity and professionalism of the staff. My wife unknowingly lost her gold ring at the Fortune Select Forest Hill, Kasauli - Member ITC Hotels' Group restaurant. Before we even realised it was missing, a staff member approached us with the ring, asking if it belonged to us. Such honesty and promptness are rare and deeply appreciated. And to top it all off — the Fortune Select Forest Hill, Kasauli - Member ITC Hotels' Group’s chef is not only great in the kitchen but also a talented singer, entertaining guests with his voice as beautifully as he does with his culinary skills! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Fortune Select Forest Hill, Kasauli - Member ITC Hotels' Group to anyone, especially families with young children. We left with happy hearts and lasting memories.

Our stay was super comfortable. Staffs were really polite and always remained available for any help. Our balcony view was the best part in our stay. Food was awesome. Mr Shivraj, Mr Deepak, Veer Pal Kaur from Zodiac kitchen were very polite and very quick in service. Mutton curry in Dinner was the best dish I ate in many years. Overall excellent stay experience. Keep it up team.

I had the wonderful experience . The room was beautiful clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I woke up refreshed and ready for the day. And the food was also delicious. Had a wonderful stay at Fortune Select Forest Hill by ITC. The resort is beautifully located amidst the hills, offering peace and stunning views. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was warm and helpful. The food was delicious and well-curated. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

The highlight about this property is the staff. The moment you get down to the time you get back in your car - Every person that you meet is making sure that you get the best experience. The room was spacious, food was good and the service was top notch. Highly recommended property

It is very nice property and staff very welcoming. Due to working days, almost entire Fortune Select Forest Hill, Kasauli - Member ITC Hotels' Group had rooms available and only 6-7 total guests were there. Expected good discount in such scenario instead of full price.

Great place to spend the weekend, close proximity to chandigarh. Overall service was good. Pleasant weather.

The property is good but when we stayed unfortunately gym and spa were under renovation, but the behaviour and work of activity team was great namely mr. Rakesh, miss raashi, miss ritika.

The pros...great location....clean rooms....excellent food...but they should mention two things...1 if there is a wedding or not. 2 the premium room has a shared balcony...ruins the experience
