The staff is uneducated and poor room service speciallyfront office is very rude. I am a member of Marriott but she is arguing me i confirmed the cab service for out station inform me if they can arrange but i didn’t get the confirmation.

Cleanliness was not good at all plus the service wasn't good too. Staff wasn't courteous and welcoming. Breakfast was told to be open till 10.30am however by 10.10am they started winding up and told it was over but in actual it wasn't.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good lighting. Lacks basic room hygiene , poor staff services

The room allotted to us was uncleaned. The bedsheets had prominent yellow patches, coffee cups wasn’t cleaned. What was most disappointing when we found out coffee prepared in the coffee kettle by the earlier guest wasn’t cleaned and we were wondering about the smell in the room through out the day. Definitely not worth the price you pay thinking it be a true 4 star property.

Excellent & Loving Staff who welcomed me with warmth.. Fiza, Suryansh & Anushka were so very helpful right from day 1 to checkout, made my stay so complete. The staff at the Restaurant during Dinning were so helpful & also sang for me "Happy Birthday". I thank Hotel Fortune Select Exotica for making my Diamond Birthday ( 60 years) a memorable & lasting one. I will Cherish this memory. Too top it up this stay made my family feel very special.

I had booked a garden suite for my wedding. I had requested for a decor and room maintainance. Despite multiple reminders it wasn’t done. There was no iron table and upon request either it was not given. The AC was not working properly either.

Spacious rooms though property is a bit old. The staff were courteous and extended good service from front desk to house keeping. Breakfast has good spread and delicious. Overall good stay and worth for the price

The overall experience was average. However, I faced a major inconvenience as the access cards provided didn’t work for the lift or the room. I had to wait outside my room for over half an hour, which was quite frustrating

Rooms :The rooms are good & spacious enough for two people. It has all the amenities and required stuff inside the room. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. Location: The hotel's location is good and well connected and it's on the main road. There are a lot of good restaurants and clubbing options nearby to the hotel which is good. Breakfast: They have a good spread for the breakfast but unfortunately the food taste was not up to the mark which i strongly suggests to the hotel management to look after. Overall the stay was peaceful and good. i definitely recommend this hotel
