Hotel Radana

It’s was very bad experience at hotel radana. Condition of mattress and bed sheets are terrible and even pillows covers were torned. There were small insects or may be khatmals in the mattress. There is no arrangement of even tea coffee.

I had a very disappointing stay here. The room itself was the main issue. It was incredibly small , and there was hardly any ventilation, which made it feel stuffy and claustrophobic. To make matters worse, the AC was not working properly and couldn't cool the room down. Additionally, I found the staff to be unprofessional and a bit nosy, which made me uncomfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quite shady and didn't feel or welcoming. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

⚠️ WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE — STAY AWAY! ⚠️ This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It’s a complete nightmare and a dangerous trap, especially for families. Please do NOT get fooled by the pictures — those are totally misleading. • Filthy and Disgusting Rooms: We checked 3 different rooms, and ALL of them were in horrible condition. Dirty bedsheets that looked like they hadn’t been washed in years, long hair on the bed, and cockroaches crawling around. Every room was filled with mosquitoes, and there was a constant stink of smoke on every floor and in every corner. • Unusable Facilities: The ACs don’t work, towels are worse than a bathroom floor mat, and the rooms are not soundproof — you’ll hear everything happening in neighboring rooms, and trust me, you don’t want to hear it. • Shady Activities All Night: The place is like a cheap lodge, with couples coming and going all night long for short stays. Absolutely NOT SAFE for families. It felt like we were stuck in a red-light zone. • Safety Concerns: We felt genuinely unsafe and uncomfortable during our entire stay. The atmosphere is creepy, the people loitering around seem suspicious, and it was the most disturbing stay I’ve ever had. • Reception Area : They’ve polished the reception to fool guests, but once you check in, it’s a completely different world — dirty, shady, noisy, and unsafe. ❌ Do NOT book this hotel under any circumstance — even if it’s offered for free. I challenge anyone to stay here and feel safe — you simply won’t. This place should be shut down by authorities. It’s a total trap and possibly even a health and safety hazard.

Room was on third floor & don't have lift. This is drawback. Rest of all is good

Hotel is located not in prime location the location to bad and ugly and from don’t view it is good but when we enter into the hotel no lift service and rooms are very small and not very much clean no bucket in the room and no soap and shampoo no good breakfast finally not happy with the hotel

It was a good stay, cleanliness is also good and the staffs are very attentive and responsive. Overall it was a good stay, and very good place for unmarried couples as there are cameras everywhere so the safety is also on point.

Room quite small however it was clean, suggestions need to improve as lots of cockroach inside the room pets control need to do all the time, hygiene is very important. We stay for two night, first night it was quite disturbed due to electricity was gone at mid-night and telephone not working in the first room, then they have shifted to another room. Second night was comfortable.

Room was quite small but clean, however at around 12am there was no electricity in our room, the person came tried to fix but he couldn't, we requested them to shift to another room as it already late at night. The first person who came he didn't say anything and left, later another person came he also tried to fix but he couldn't, then later they shifted us to another room.

Rooms are small but clean. No lifts but it’s ok to climb one floor or two. Small issues but it’s ok for short stays

I stayed here for the second time, the hotel is good along with the staff. The rooms and all the furniture were clean and tidy. There is no option to eat breakfast in the morning and the food quantity is also less, everything else is fine. Room ac not working properly.

Compact room but neat and clean. Smart tv is available. The staff is supportive and helpful too. I can recommend this stay for couples as well as for singles
